Release strategy Tab on Purchase order is missing

Hi Good day,

I need setting a release strategy for a new account assignment only in ME21N. But the release strategy tab is missing.

I've performed below steps. Do I miss out anything, in order to have release strategy tab in my PO screen in ME21N?

1. setup release group

2. setup release code

3. setup release indicator

4. setup release strategy

5. CL02 Define the Class and CT04 assign to the Characterstics

6. CL24N assign object/classes to class

7. Maintain authority limit in sm30

8. Maintain CL20N

Its working on Existing account assignments like 'K' and 'N' but not on A Which i have created newly.

i have cross checked all the configus 100 times before i have posted this.

i have discussed with the functional and abap developer but not found any clues what so ever.
