material status becomes 30 without goods movements(C+811 error when releasing price)

Dear all

We activated material ledger, and when I released a new period price using CK40N, error message C+811 occurs for the material status was 30.

While this material

1) has no material movements either in the current period nor in the former period

2) actual costing run(CKMLCP) was not created when CK40N was running

Does anyone know if there are other reasons to change the material status.
