Any idea of what we can do for obsolete ticket types other than restricting them via codelist restriction?
I have a bunch of ticket types in system which are not needed and would like to remove them for codelist when creating a new ticket.
In the BC FT "TICKETS FOR CUSTOMER SUPPORT" => Maintain Document Types activity, I see you can delete only the types that have not been used in a ticket yet (which is fair and makes sense) but, there is no status management for obsolete types other than "recycling" by renaming and re using.
Am I missing something here or, is this the way system is designed?
