Issue MA import by Data Import Monitor

Hello Experts,

We are trying to create MA in CLM via Data import Monitor, when the job runs it took the document but the process never ends, when I go to the import data log the status of the document is running but is running forever, we restart CLM but the process didn't end, we made the import manually direct in CLM and we are not having any issue.

Any suggestion?
