Parked invoice workflow WS20001003 configuration

Hi Experts,

This SAP standard workflow WS20001003 triggers for parked invoices via MIR7 i.e. invoices with status RBKP-RBSTAT = 'A' . is there way to configure this to trgger for RBKP-RBSTAT = '1' and '3'?

'1' -> Defined for background verification

'3' -> With Errors

If this cannot be configured for the above scenarios, is there any other workflow that can be used for status '1' and '3'.
